Metal roofing
has quickly become a homeowners choice 10 years ago we
would install maybe 3 metal roofs a year, but since the hail storms
and high wind damaging shingles homeowners are looking at
alternatives for shingles, and
metal roofing is at the top of the
list. We have a web page dedicated to
metal
roofing
Shingle roofing is the most popular roofing material there is. You can take
a ride in your neighborhood and look 90 out of 100 houses have
shingle roofing installed and the main reasons are because of the
price and different selections of style and color. We have a web
page dedicated to
shingle roofing

Rubber
roofing is a homeowners best friend if they have
a flat roof. We have seen hundreds of roofs that have rolled roofing
on them and still leaking that is why we will not install rolled
roofing but rather we will give you a free estimate for installing
rubber
roofing .

Installing a
new roof or deciding on the right roofing repairs to a existing
roof is one of the most important investments a homeowner can make
for their real estate. If you are in a high wind area or a big storm
has blown through your city you may be covered by your homeowners
insurance and if so then the only money you will have invested is
your deductible. But when
planning on doing a roofing job a lot of questions can come up like,
If my roof is leaking can I repair it?
Can my chimney flashing be repaired?
Should I have the roofers tear off the existing shingles or metal
before adding a new material?
Can I recover my existing roof with shingles or metal?
If my chimney is leaking can I just repair the chimney's flashing or
do I need to replace the whole roof?
If my roof is leaking do I need to make sure the plywood gets
changed in the leak areas?
Then there's the questions, what roofing material should I use?
Metal or Shingles?
Owens Corning?
Certainteed?
Elk?
GAF?
Does my roof need felt?
Does my roof need drip edge?
Doe's my roof need Ice & Weather guard?
Doe's my roof need more ventilation?
I have a flat roof what material should I use? Rubber - Metal -
Shingles?
And then
there's the important question what home improvement company should
I use because there is so many roofing companies out there all
claiming to be the best roofers around? STOP

When we give you a
Free estimate
When we give a
estimate for installing a new roof in Ohio we base it on the
following roofing material.
30 year Owens Corning Dimensional
shingles. (Usually purchased from Lowe's home improvement store)
15 pound felt if the roof is 4/12
to 5/12 if the roof is steeper then that we use 30lb felt.
We use rake & gutter edge, usually
34 gauge metal along all gutter edges and eaves.
We use Ice & weather guard in all
leak areas like valleys, walls, chimneys, and 1 row along the all
gutter edge.
New step flashing in all wall
areas. We also install new step flashing and counter flashing on all
chimneys and if you have a sky light we bid for new flashing around
it as well.
If your house already has proper ventilation we
will install new vents in the same location they are in now. If your
house does not have ventilation we will have to install new vents
either by cutting new holes in your roof and add vents and then
shingle around them or by adding ridge vent along the peak of your
roof.

warranty on all new roofs installed. If for any reason due to
workmanship the roof should leak we will at no charge fix it and
anything it damages for up to 5 years.
