Also we only charge $2.00 a foot by 3ft wide for the material so you are saving a lot right there. So heres what the metal roofing will cost for a 50x30 roof.

1500 square foot times that by $2.00 a foot = $960

compared to shingles

Bundle $19.26 w/taxes   x 3 bundles = $57.78 a square

$57.78 x 15 = $866.70

Of course that is just the main material there's always going to be other charges like Screws, felt, plywood, walls, chimney's, pipes, ice and weather guard, tying into other roofs and so on.
