If you have a flat or next to flat roof and its been leaking on you, try using rubber roofing material. No matter if you already got rolled roofing or shingles on the roof now we can tear it off and remove the trash or we can install our wafer board right over the existing roofing material or after the tear off is complete we can install the wafer board over the plywood. We then clean the area real good and lay the wafer board. After the wafer gets installed we will cut out the rubber to fit your roof then we will glue it down. After the glue is down and the rubber is laying flat we install a drip edge to go around the perimeter of the roof then we add a 6inch tape over the drip edge and roll it down.

Rubber roofing material cost more then other material but its almost one of the only flat roofing material that we trust.

Altogether not including labor cost the price for rubber roofing is around $120 to $140 a square.
